1. By using this site you agree to the following
terms. These terms may change at any time without notice.
2. In Submitting to the site in the form of
comments or blogs, you give permission for
such content to be displayed on the site and
to distribute and use for promotional and
marketing purposes.
3. You may make copies of textual material
from this site and items offered on the
download page for non-comercial purposes as
long as you give reference to me and this
site. With the exception of blogs not posted
by fayola, in chich case you would need
permission from the individual.
All other material needs explicit written
permission by me.
4. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless
fayola.net from and against all losses,
expenses, damages and costs,including
reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement, or the failure to fulfill any obligations incurred by you.
5. This Site is available "as is." We do not
warrant that this Site will be uninterrupted
or error-free. We are not responsible for the
availability or content of other services that may be linked to this Site. We do not make any warranties, express or implied with respect to this Site or any information or goods that are available or advertised or sold through this Site. We do not make any representations, nor do we endorse the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any advice, opinion,
statement or other material or database
displayed, uploaded or distributed in this
Site or available though links in this Site.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or
omissions in this Site. We do not guarantee or warrant that this Site or materials that may be downloaded from this Site do not contain features detrimental to your computer. We are not liable for any damages or harm attributable to such features. Your use of the Site is done at your own risk.
6. fayola.net is not liable for incidental,
indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including lost revenues or profits, loss of business or loss of data, in any way related to this Site or for any claim, loss or injury based on errors, omissions, interruptions or other inaccuracies in this Site (including without limitation as a result of breach of any warranty or other term of this Agreement). Any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of this Site.

PRIVACY POLICY

paramount. Please note: this policy applies
only to information collected by
www.fayola.net online, as specified below, and does not govern or apply to information
collected or used by fayola.net or me through
other means.
fayola.net asks you to provide only limited
personally identifiable information. During
registration, fayola.net asks simply for your name, e-mail and url. We will hold your personal information in the strictest confidence.
We do not control the privacy policies of our
advertisers, sponsors or other sites or
businesses to which we provide hyperlinks or
access. Please visit the sites of these
businesses to review their privacy policies.
A user's personally identifiable information
will not be transferred to a party outside the
Fayola.net network or grupal.org network.
fayola.net will only disclose account
information in special cases when we have
reason to believe that disclosing this
information is necessary to identify, contact
or bring legal action against someone who may
be violating our User Agreement or may be
causing injury to or interference with (either
intentionally or unintentionally)
fayola.net’s rights or property, other
www.dailycardinal.com users, or anyone else
that could be harmed by such activities.
We have in place specific technical and human
procedures to protect the information we
collect online. However, no security system is
impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security
of our database, nor can we guarantee that the
information you supply will not be intercepted
while being transmitted to us over the
internet.
fayola.net may place a "cookie" on the browser
of a fayola.net user's computer to store and
sometimes track information about you. A
cookie can be used to tell when your computer
has contacted a Web site; we may also use the
information for user preference purposes and
for other purposes such as measuring certain
traffic patterns. For example, cookies are
used to ensure that you don't see the same ad
too many times in a single session.

fayola.net by changing the setting on your
browser. Please be aware that this will
disable all cookies delivered to your browser,
not just the ones delivered by fayola.net.
Children under 14: Do not send any information
about yourself - including information like
your name, address or e-mail address. We do
not knowingly collect personally identifiable
information from children under 14. In the
event that we learn that we have collected any
personal information from a child under the
age of 14, we will delete that information
from our database as quickly as possible.
